Job Summary
Driven by a passion for sales, the full-time Outbound Business Development Representative will execute high-volume outreach to prospects, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound prospecting through 60-100+ activities per day via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and target strategic accounts
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency, while booking quality discovery meetings
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles, such as sales, fundraising, athletics, or service industry
- Resilience and coachability, with a strong desire for feedback to improve performance
- Technological fluency, with the ability to adapt to new tools and leverage AI in daily tasks
- Strong communication skills, capable of conducting effective cold calls
- Motivation to grow within a sales career path, focusing on long-term development
