Job Summary

Driven and goal-oriented, the full-time Outbound Business Development Representative will engage in high-volume outreach to prospects, qualifying leads and booking discovery meetings while working remotely in the USA or from the Cambridge, MA office.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute outbound prospecting through 60-100+ activities daily via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategies
  • Qualify leads and book quality discovery meetings while exceeding KPIs for activity and pipeline impact
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in goal-driven roles, such as sales, fundraising, or athletics
  • Technological fluency and adaptability to new tools, including AI-powered applications
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and conduct cold calls confidently
  • Resilience and a desire for continuous improvement through feedback
