Job Summary
As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), the full-time remote role will focus on high-volume outbound prospecting, collaborating with Account Executives to qualify leads and book discovery meetings, while developing essential sales skills for future career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60-100+ activities/day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency, and book quality discovery meetings
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles such as sales, fundraising, athletics, or service industry
- Resilience and coachability with a strong desire for feedback and improvement
- Technological fluency and adaptability to new tools, including AI-powered resources
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently conduct cold calls
- High personal standards with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
