Job Summary

Driven by a passion for sales, the full-time Outbound Business Development Representative will execute high-volume outreach to prospects, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline and revenue in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60-100+ activities/day) via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency, and book quality discovery meetings
Required qualifications
  • Demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles, such as sales, fundraising, or athletics
  • Resilience and a strong desire for feedback to improve performance
  • Technological fluency and adaptability to new tools, including AI-powered resources
  • Ability to communicate clearly and conduct cold calls confidently
  • A strong motivation to grow within a sales career path
