Job Summary

Driven and competitive, the full-time Outbound Business Development Representative will execute high-volume outreach to prospects, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own and execute outbound prospecting through 60-100+ activities per day via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategies
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency while booking quality discovery meetings
Required qualifications:
  • Demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles, such as sales, fundraising, or athletics
