Job Summary
Driven by a passion for sales, the full-time Outbound Business Development Representative will engage in high-volume prospecting, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth, all while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound prospecting through 60-100+ activities per day via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategies
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency, booking quality discovery meetings
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in goal-driven roles, such as sales, fundraising, or athletics
- Technological fluency with the ability to adapt to new tools and leverage AI
- Strong desire to grow within a sales career path
- Resilience and coachability, with a willingness to accept feedback for improvement
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently during cold calls
