Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Outbound Business Development Representative to engage enterprise accounts through cold calls, personalized outreach, and strategic account-based plays, with the flexibility of remote work in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Build pipeline through outbound efforts, including cold calls and personalized emails
- Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers for outreach
- Book qualified meetings with enterprise buyers and collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives on account strategies
Required qualifications
- Experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR, or demand generation, preferably in MarTech or related fields
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
- Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
