Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual - Outbound Business Sales Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up to sell Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while managing customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintain prospect database and opportunity funnel, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
• Familiarity with multiple software applications for research and documentation
• Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
