Outbound Business Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Outbound Business Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up to sell Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while managing customer interactions and maintaining a prospect database
• Resolve customer issues quickly and consult with business customers to solicit referrals and close web leads

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Wireless experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Must reside in the North East Division (specific states listed)
