Outbound Business Sales Representative

Job Summary

Generating sales through outbound cold calling, the full-time Outbound Business Sales Representative will facilitate the sale of Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized businesses while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up, targeting new and existing business customers
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas while managing the customer pipeline and ensuring effective communication
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain an updated prospect database for order fulfillment

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales
• Experience with outbound sales techniques and managing a sales funnel
• Wireless experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
