Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate callers on self-service resources and their health care coverage responsibilities
  • Demonstrate knowledge of applicable health care terminology and products/services
  • Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and refer members to appropriate resources
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-year prior experience in an office or call center setting preferred but not required
  • Ability to build rapport and translate complex information into understandable terms
  • Proficient conflict management skills and resilience in stressful situations
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including training and potential overtime
