Job Summary
Connecting with patients to enhance their healthcare experience, the temporary Outbound Call Agent will work remotely from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST or MST, making outbound calls to assist patients in closing HEDIS quality gaps and providing necessary information and support.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with patients through outbound calls to assist in closing open HEDIS quality gaps
- Document outreach attempts, patient responses, and completion of quality measures in designated systems
- Educate patients on the importance of screenings and collaborate with the quality team to improve patient engagement
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of post-high school education or a degree from a two-year college
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in sales
- Stable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed
- Experience with standard operating systems (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Professionalism in communication and the ability to handle protected health information (PHI)
