Job Summary

Outbound Call Center Agent, responsible for making outbound calls to support fundraising efforts for non-profit organizations, working part-time or full-time with hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to donors and prospective donors using predictive dialing equipment
• Secure financial gifts while maintaining minimum fundraising and productivity metrics
• Participate in in-depth training and work as part of a team calling for multiple clients

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment to charitable and non-profit causes
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate persistence
