Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time Outbound Call Center Agent will make consistent outbound calls, accurately document customer interactions, and adhere to company policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and update customer database demographic information via telephone
- Apply new and renewal subscription order information to individual records
- Meet production standards by maintaining a minimum of 30 dials per hour with 97% accuracy in information gathered
Required qualifications
- One year of previous call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and computer literacy
- Sales experience is preferred
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
