Job Summary

Providing high-level customer service solutions, the full-time Outbound Call Center Agent will make consistent outbound calls, accurately document customer interactions, and adhere to company policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct and update customer database demographic information via telephone
  • Apply new and renewal subscription order information to individual records
  • Meet production standards by maintaining a minimum of 30 dials per hour with 97% accuracy in information gathered
Required qualifications
  • One year of previous call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills and computer literacy
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
