Job Summary
Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, the full-time Outbound Call Center Agent will identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls to meet sales targets and quotas
- Provide appropriate solutions for customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Experience working with an automatic dialer
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
- Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
