Job Summary

Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, the full-time Outbound Call Center Agent will identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls to meet sales targets and quotas
  • Provide appropriate solutions for customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Experience working with an automatic dialer
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
