Outbound Call Center Agent

Job Summary

Seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Call Center - Pre Sales Agent, the full-time remote position will involve initiating outbound calls to prospective customers, identifying their needs, and qualifying leads to support the sales pipeline for candidates residing in select states.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients
• Identify customer needs and determine interest in services
• Qualify leads and maintain detailed records in CRM software

Required Qualifications

• Must provide own equipment (Windows PC, high-speed internet, USB headset, quiet workspace)
• Must reside in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
