Job Summary

Engaging with potential customers, the full-time Outbound Call Center Agent - NC will initiate outbound calls, present services, and generate leads in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and identify their needs
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team
• Establish relationships to ensure solutions meet customer needs

Required qualifications

• Must have your own equipment
• Must reside in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
