Outbound Call Center Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Inside Sales Representative to work in an outbound call center environment, engaging with potential homeowners and transferring warm leads to licensed Loan Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls with potential or existing homeowners interested in refinancing or purchasing a home
- Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information, completing a soft credit pull, and asking pre-qualifying questions
- Transfer qualified warm leads to licensed Loan Officers and set appointments
Required Qualifications
- Inside or field sales experience required
- Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
- Telesales experience preferred
- Previous experience in collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage is a plus
- Must be high-energy, self-motivated, and organized
