Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Center Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule healthcare evaluations
  • Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand the terms of the service
  • Meet daily productivity goals and monitor performance results using designated reporting systems
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven outbound call center preferred
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
