Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Remote (Outbound) representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to past blood donors to re-engage and schedule donation appointments
• Build positive connections while educating donors on upcoming needs and opportunities
• Represent the organization's mission with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills required
• Contact Center experience strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously
