Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Center Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of 12-20 outbound call center agents to meet performance goals
  • Serve as the primary contact for client interactions, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Track and report on key metrics to ensure SLA compliance and implement a quality program
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Background in healthcare administration preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET, including weekends
