Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Call Specialist to manage outbound calls and schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned warm and new leads and schedule patient appointments
- Maintain accurate consumer information using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment conversion quotas while maintaining quality service
Required Qualifications
- One year of call center experience and upselling
- Ability to make 130-150 outbound calls daily
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable working in a dedicated, quiet remote environment
- Proficient with customer management software and basic industry knowledge
