Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Specialist to manage outbound calls and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to assigned warm and new leads and schedule patient appointments
  • Maintain accurate consumer information using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment conversion quotas while maintaining quality service
Required Qualifications
  • One year of call center experience and upselling
  • Ability to make 130-150 outbound calls daily
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Comfortable working in a dedicated, quiet remote environment
  • Proficient with customer management software and basic industry knowledge
