Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned warm and new leads
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain consumer information using a CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment quotas

Required Qualifications

• One year of call center experience and upselling
• Comfortable making 130-150 outbound calls daily
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a dedicated, quiet environment
• Proficient in using customer management software
