Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to assigned warm and new potential leads
Schedule patient appointments and maintain consumer information using a CRM system
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment quotas

Required Qualifications

One year of call center experience and upselling
Comfortable with making 130-150 outbound calls daily
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work from a dedicated, quiet home environment
Proficient in using customer management software
