Outbound Call Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Specialist to manage outbound calls and schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned warm and new potential leads
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain consumer information using a CRM system
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment conversion quotas

Required Qualifications

• One year of call center experience with upselling
• Ability to make 130-150 outbound calls daily
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable working in a dedicated remote environment
• Proficient in using customer management software
