Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Outbound Caller Appointment Setter will make high-volume outbound calls to home improvement contractors, introduce the company, and book qualified appointments remotely while achieving weekly goals.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to home improvement contractors from provided lead lists
• Introduce the company clearly and gauge each contractor's interest
• Log calls and appointments accurately in HubSpot and hit weekly goals for conversations and appointments set

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or phone sales preferred
• Clear, confident, and friendly phone presence
• Comfortable with high call volume and maintaining a consistent daily rhythm
• Organized and reliable, with the ability to log work accurately
• Self-motivated and dependable, especially in a remote setting
