Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to home improvement contractors from provided lead lists
- Introduce the company clearly and gauge contractor interest to book qualified appointments
- Log calls and appointments accurately in HubSpot and meet weekly goals for conversations and appointments set
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or phone sales preferred
- Clear, confident, and friendly phone presence
- Ability to handle high call volume and maintain a consistent daily rhythm
- Organized and reliable with the ability to log work and keep the calendar full
- Comfortable working in a CRM, with HubSpot experience as a plus
