Outbound Campaign Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Campaign Consultant responsible for managing dialer initiatives and supporting outbound sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of predictive dialer campaigns and analyze dialing processes
• Develop and implement dialer functionalities in collaboration with technology support and business units
• Drive improvements in dialer effectiveness and ensure compliance with legal regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, or related area preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience with Noble Systems/Alvaria technology in a contact center environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data management and visualization software (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau)
• Demonstrated knowledge of call center operations and outbound dialer strategies
