Outbound Church Sales Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of church ministries, the full-time Outbound Church Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new church opportunities while building relationships with existing churches, all in a remote work environment with occasional travel to Nashville.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with church accounts through outbound sales initiatives via phone, email, and video calls
• Develop comprehensive relationships with ministry stakeholders to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Lifeway resources
• Maintain a territory sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets while logging all sales activity in Salesforce

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of direct sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems simultaneously
• Strong consultative and active listening skills to tailor solutions to customer needs
