Job Summary
Motivated sales professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Outbound Personal Cruise Consultant, responsible for engaging warm leads, building long-term guest relationships, and achieving sales metrics while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Make 60+ outbound calls and 100+ emails daily to engage with guests
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business
- Manage a book of business and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with 3+ years in outbound sales preferred
- Comfortable with computer systems, phone software, and CRM tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
- A driven, high-energy mindset with a desire to exceed goals
