Job Summary

Motivated sales professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as an Outbound Personal Cruise Consultant, responsible for engaging warm leads, building long-term guest relationships, and achieving sales metrics while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Make 60+ outbound calls and 100+ emails daily to engage with guests
  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business
  • Manage a book of business and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with 3+ years in outbound sales preferred
  • Comfortable with computer systems, phone software, and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
