Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Care Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to provide information and education about program features and requirements
- Gather and verify demographic information, document calls, and submit accurate reports to management
- Identify and solve any issues or barriers experienced by callers during a call campaign
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service, data entry, or call documentation experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus
