Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to provide information and education about program features and requirements
  • Gather and verify demographic information, document calls, and submit accurate reports to management
  • Identify and solve any issues or barriers experienced by callers during a call campaign
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service, data entry, or call documentation experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus
