Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Advocate II to provide educational support to members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts outbound calls to members and providers for educational and informational purposes
- Escalates calls when necessary and serves as front-line support for inquiries and concerns
- Maintains performance standards and documents information for quality tracking
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
- Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
- Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
