Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Advocate II to provide support and information to members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts outbound calls to members and providers for educational and informational support
  • Escalates calls when necessary and serves as front-line support for inquiries and concerns
  • Documents call information and maintains performance standards in line with contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
  • Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
  • Continuous learning and on-the-job training may be necessary
