Job Summary

Providing high-quality customer service, the full-time hourly Outbound Customer Service Agent will engage with clients to assist them in obtaining and utilizing their Summer EBT benefits while working remotely from the Tulsa, OK area.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage callers with a courteous demeanor while handling a high volume of outbound calls and confirming account information
  • Utilize call center technology and manage customer databases to document information and uphold program policies
  • Maintain reliability by meeting documentation standards and responding to internal communications promptly
Required qualifications
  • Availability to work Saturdays is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
  • Access to a hardwired internet connection and a dedicated workspace for client confidentiality
  • Experience in a customer service or call center setting is preferred
