Job Summary

Outbound Customer Service Representative, a full-time position, provides customer service support for loan portfolios by assessing collateral protection insurance coverage and updating information for borrowers, financial institutions, and insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve inbound and make outbound calls regarding collateral protection insurance coverage inquiries
  • Refer complex questions or complaints to appropriate resources for customer satisfaction
  • Enter updates to insurance data and prepare insurance documentation for mailing
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
  • 0-6 months of related experience in data entry or call center roles; insurance or banking experience preferred
  • Able to operate a computer and basic office equipment
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM accurately and proficiency with a 10-key calculator
