Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical programs and assist members with scheduling and inquiries
- Conduct member outreach and manage communication preferences to facilitate care access
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience and document interactions accurately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience in navigating Medicare Advantage or HMO
- High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting or managing provider schedules preferred
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or other languages preferred
- Must be available for full-time work during peak enrollment periods
