Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Scheduling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical programs and assist members with scheduling and inquiries
  • Conduct member outreach and manage communication preferences to facilitate care access
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience and document interactions accurately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience in navigating Medicare Advantage or HMO
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • Experience in a clinical setting or managing provider schedules preferred
  • Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or other languages preferred
  • Must be available for full-time work during peak enrollment periods
