Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Scheduling Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outreach and support to members regarding clinical programs and scheduling
- Conduct member outreach calls and manage communication preferences
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience in Medicare Advantage or HMO
- High School Diploma or GED is required; college courses preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting managing provider schedules is preferred
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or other languages are preferred
- Must be available for full-time work during peak enrollment periods
