Outbound Dialer Campaign Manager

Job Summary

To support and optimize outbound dialing operations, the fully remote Outbound Dialer Campaign Manager will manage campaign planning and execution, monitor performance metrics, and drive improvements in contact rates while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement outbound campaign strategies, including script updates and call list management
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and generate performance reports to optimize campaign effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements and local regulations related to outbound calling and SMSing

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, configuring, and managing dialer campaigns within Five9
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Experience analyzing campaigns and implementing changes for improved performance
• Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
