Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outbound campaigns, including script updates and call list management
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and generate reports
• Manage data for dialer campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and managing dialer campaigns within Five9
• Experience analyzing campaigns and implementing performance improvements
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
• Experience with other call center platforms is a plus
