Outbound Dialer Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time Outbound Dialer Specialist will engage in outbound calling to Realtors, promote finance flyers for property listings, and assist in marketing coordination while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to Realtors to promote finance flyers for their listings
• Learn and effectively communicate JVM products, services, and value propositions to real estate professionals
• Request, log, and track finance flyer requirements accurately and maintain records of calls and completed outputs

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
• Excellent English communication skills with professional phone etiquette
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (100+ calls daily)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized with multiple tasks
• Experience in sales, outbound calling, or real estate support is an advantage
