Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound File Technical Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze vendor file layouts and needs, write business requirements, and create test plans
Collaborate with programmers to ensure accurate programming based on vendor needs
Work with internal and external customers to resolve issues and implement changes when needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years working in the insurance or TPA industry in a technical role with EDI files
Understanding of EDI terminology and file structures
Experience with SQL and compare tools like UltraEdit
Proficient with Excel and Word
