Outbound Fulfillment Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the fulfillment operations for the Platform Services team, the remote Outbound & Fulfillment Operations SME will focus on outbound accuracy, manage WIS/WQS exception handling, and drive process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end WIS and WQS exceptions by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Monitor and analyze outbound accuracy metrics to identify patterns and process gaps within the fulfillment network
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance shipping accuracy and operational performance

Required qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment center, 3PL, or ecommerce operations with a focus on outbound shipping and order fulfillment workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and identify systemic issues
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analysis
• Familiarity with WMS and inventory management systems related to outbound operations
• Experience in managing operational escalations and translating findings into actionable recommendations
