Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting a national nonprofit fundraising campaign, the full-time Outbound Fundraising Call Agent will make outbound calls to previous donors, engage in compassionate conversations, and secure ongoing donations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to previous donors and supporters
• Build rapport and engage in donor-focused conversations to secure donations
• Accurately document donor information and meet compliance and productivity expectations

Required qualifications

• Previous outbound call center experience
• Experience in donation collection, fundraising, or nonprofit campaigns preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Comfortable asking for donations and overcoming objections
