Outbound Lead Generation Representative

Job Summary

Connecting with existing military customers, the remote Outbound Lead Generation Representative will generate qualified leads and transfer calls to licensed Insurance Agents while maintaining accurate records and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to engage military customers and their families, generating qualified leads
• Seamlessly transfer qualified calls to licensed Insurance Agents for further assistance
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Private and secure workspace at home free from distractions
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management systems
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
