Job Summary
To support Pro-Driver members, the full-time Outbound Legal Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries through quality outbound phone calls, achieving a minimum of 10 calls per hour while providing excellent customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through outbound calls and maintain accurate member file notes
- Achieve and maintain a maximum 5-minute average call handle time while managing follow-up statuses effectively
- Complete assigned training materials and stay informed about company policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED) or relevant work experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Fluency in English
- Working knowledge of MS Office and data entry applications
- Keying speed of a minimum of 35 WPM
