Job Summary

To support Pro-Driver members, the full-time Outbound Legal Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries through quality outbound phone calls, achieving a minimum of 10 calls per hour while providing excellent customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through outbound calls and maintain accurate member file notes
  • Achieve and maintain a maximum 5-minute average call handle time while managing follow-up statuses effectively
  • Complete assigned training materials and stay informed about company policies and procedures
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or GED) or relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and data entry applications
  • Keying speed of a minimum of 35 WPM
