Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Loan Officer (Financial Service Rep).

Key Responsibilities

• Contact members to offer credit union products and services, aiming to increase product penetration and loan portfolio
• Solicit loan applications, review, evaluate, and render decisions on loans according to lending guidelines
• Collaborate with Service Center Representatives to resolve member service issues and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• 2 years of lending experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
