Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Member Services Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate members on products, policies, and procedures through various communication methods
  • Act as a resource for complex issues, coordinating research and resolution efforts
  • Maintain documentation for tracking and reporting purposes, and set daily goals for issue resolution
Qualifications
  • Required: High School Degree or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Required: 2-4 years of experience in a Member Experience team or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of health plan products and processes
  • Preferred: Knowledge of medical terminology
