Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Member Services Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate members on products, policies, and procedures through various communication methods
- Act as a resource for complex issues, coordinating research and resolution efforts
- Maintain documentation for tracking and reporting purposes, and set daily goals for issue resolution
Qualifications
- Required: High School Degree or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Required: 2-4 years of experience in a Member Experience team or similar role
- Solid knowledge of health plan products and processes
- Preferred: Knowledge of medical terminology
