Outbound Omnichannel Specialist
Job Summary
Combining hands-on supply chain execution with data-driven insights, the full-time Outbound Omnichannel Specialist will manage 3PL performance, oversee Amazon FBA and TikTok FBT operations, and automate workflows to enhance efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive 3PL performance by monitoring SLA, OTP, backlog, and operational issues across international warehouses
- Manage Amazon FBA & TikTok FBT operations, including replenishments, shipments, removals, and inventory discrepancies
- Execute Transfer Orders and B2B orders across multiple countries and coordinate high-impact events with various teams
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and ERP systems
- Strong Excel / Google Workspace capabilities, including databases, pivot tables, and formulas
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams
- A strong bias toward execution, ownership, and follow-through
