Outbound Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Outreach Coordinator to manage high-volume outbound calls and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce programs and invite member participation
• Capture and maintain accurate member information in a CRM system
• Collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment and call-quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience required, healthcare experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Able to work 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Monday-Friday
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
