Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Phone Transfer Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to Discover Card Holders with past due balances
• Update contact information and review scripted disclosures during calls
• Transfer card holders to account specialists for further assistance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be a student able to work at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility for more during breaks
• Professional demeanor including punctuality, attendance, and receptiveness to feedback
• Ability to maintain a PCI Compliant workspace with a reliable internet connection
• Availability to work during specified core hours, including weekends
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
